Remove 'reset summary table'-button in prob-manager

Functionality should be linked to the update-button instead.

    Currently it is possible to calculate only a part of the full calculation, by reducing lines from the summary table. The button functionality resets the table and returns all the cases to be calculated to the summary table. The update button only produces the output info about what is going to be calculated. We can see if we could improve the functionality, to make the usage clearer.
